CBCT- a powerful tool

The patient was referred for evaluation of tooth #13. RCT had recently been performed by another dentist, but the patient continued to experience symptoms. A CBCT scan revealed a missed buccal canal. The tooth was reaccessed, and the previously missed buccal canal was located and cleaned. The patient felt immediate relief from the symptoms.
