Apicoectomy #14

The patient was experiencing chewing pain in the upper left quadrant. A previously performed RCT showed periapical radiolucency in the MB of tooth #14. Retreatment was attempted first, but the MB2 canal could not be negotiated to the apex due to severe ledging. An apicoectomy was performed, and the symptoms resolved without any complications.
